Operating within an agency workflow, I led the UI/UX design process using Sketch, developing responsive page layouts that were presented to stakeholders via interactive InVision prototypes for feedback. The overarching user experience strategy focused on two primary business objectives: driving service inquiries and supporting corporate recruitment. To achieve this, I architected a homepage experience that immediately prioritized their core services through a dynamic slider with direct calls-to-action, alongside a dedicated Careers portal designed to showcase team culture and benefit offerings. Following design approval, the final layouts were built and deployed using WordPress and a custom Divi child theme, capped by rigorous quality assurance testing to ensure precise cross-device rendering.
