Runyon Surface Prep
A UI/UX and eCommerce redesign for Runyon Surface Prep, inheriting an initial design from a previous agency and managing the project through to successful deployment.
Summary
Tasked with modernizing an outdated platform, the primary objective was engineering an intuitive navigation system capable of supporting an extensive catalog of over 1,400 products. I refined the responsive layouts using Sketch and facilitated client reviews through interactive InVision prototypes. Upon design approval, I built the foundational WordPress structure using a customized Divi child theme and configured the necessary eCommerce plugins to support complex store requirements. I then collaborated closely with the internal development team to manage the data transfer of the product inventory, ensuring it integrated seamlessly with the new interface. The project concluded with rigorous quality assurance testing to deliver a scalable, user-friendly digital storefront.
